Di Seoul High School, ada satu kumpulan perempuan, Suju-6 yang amat dikenali dengan sifat mereka yang sering bersama dalam apa jua keadaan. Mereka mempunyai 6 orang ahli. Mereka ingin selalu bersama seperti idol group super junior / suju yang sering bersama sehingga sekarang. Sebab itulah nama kumpulan mereka dimulai dengan suju dan diakhiri dengan nombor 6. Masalah timbul apabila salah seorang daripada ahli mereka, Yoon Min Hae, telah berubah setelah lelaki idaman, Sunggyu, telah membalas cintanya. Mereka sering bersama sehingga Min Hae tidak lagi menghiraukan kawannya yang selama ini sanggup menemaninya dalam keadaan susah atau senang. Salah seorang ahli Suju-6, Park Rae In yang dikenali sebagai ratu internet, telah memberitahu rakan sibernya, Jo Youngmin tentang masalahnya yang berkaitan dengan Min Hae itu. Youngmin amat mengambil berat akan Rae In kerana ada perasaan yang dia sendiri belum pasti kebenarannya. Youngmin mengambil keputusan untuk berpindah ke sekolah Rae In. Dia mengajak 5 rakannya yang lain untuk ikut berpindah. Kumpulan Youngmin dikenali sebagai Group Boyfriend. Setelah berpindah ke sekolah baru, Youngmin dan rakan-rakannya telah menjadi group yang popular kerana mereka mempunyai muka yang sangat “cute”. Namun, mereka tetap ingin menyempurnakan tujuan mereka di situ iaitu mencari penyelesaian bagi masalah Min Hae. Dalam senyap, group Boyfriend masing-masing mempunyai hati terhadap group Suju-6. Al-maklumlah, kedua-dua kumpulan ada 6 orang ahli. Memang secocok. Tetapi, salah seorang ahli group Boyfriend, Lee Jeongmin, terpikat dengan Min Hae, gadis yang mempunyai masalah itu. Mereka tiba-tiba mendapat idea bagaimana ingin menyelesaikan misi yang sudah lama dicari-cari penyelesaiannya. Namun begitu, semasa misi mereka dijalankan, satu per satu rahsia telah terbongkar dengan tidak sengaja. Apakah rahsia itu? Dapatkah mereka menyempurnakan misi mereka?
